Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Microsive ATS is a product of Microsive Private Limited, a company registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. This policy covers both this website (microats.microsive.com) and the Microsive ATS application (ats.microsive.com). For anything privacy-related, write to [email protected].
2. What we collect
On this website
- Information you send us directly, such as your name, email address, agency name, and team size when you request a demo.
- Standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to understand how the site is used.
In the Microsive ATS application
- Account data: names, work email addresses, and roles of the users your agency creates.
- Recruitment data your agency puts into the system: candidate profiles, resumes, interview recordings and transcripts, notes, client company details, and invoices.
- Communication data, such as WhatsApp Business messages exchanged with candidates through your agency's connected account.
3. How we use it
- To provide and operate the service your agency subscribes to.
- To power product features: for example, AI screening reads resumes your agency uploads in order to score them, and AI interviews record and transcribe calls so recruiters can review them.
- To respond to demo requests and support queries.
- To keep the service secure, debug problems, and improve the product.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your agency's recruitment data to train AI models for other customers.
4. Candidate data and your responsibilities
Within the application, your agency is the controller of the candidate data it uploads: Microsive processes that data on your instructions to deliver the service. Your agency is responsible for having a lawful basis to store and process its candidates' information, including resumes received over WhatsApp, and for honouring candidates' requests to access or delete their data.
5. AI features
AI screening, matching, and interview scores are decision support, not decisions. They are produced by language models and can be wrong. Recruiters and agencies remain responsible for hiring decisions made using the product.
6. Storage and security
- Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit.
- Access to production systems is restricted, and each agency's data is isolated from other tenants.
- Sensitive integration credentials (such as WhatsApp Business tokens) are stored encrypted.
7. Third parties we rely on
We use a small set of processors to run the service: cloud hosting, an LLM provider for AI features, WhatsApp Business (Meta) for messaging when your agency connects it, and an email delivery provider for notifications. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
8. Retention and deletion
Application data is retained while your agency's subscription is active. On termination, your agency can request an export, after which the data is deleted within a reasonable period. Demo-request emails are kept only as long as the conversation is live.
9. Your rights
Under Indian data protection law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Send requests to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it, and active customers are notified by email.
