Accessibility
Our commitment
We want Microsive ATS, and this website, to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA as our reference standard.
What this site does
- Text and interface colours are chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Pages are structured with semantic HTML landmarks and a logical heading order.
- All meaningful images, including product screenshots, carry descriptive alt text.
- Interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard.
- Animations respect the "reduce motion" system setting: with it enabled, the site disables smooth-scroll effects and shows content without entrance animations.
- Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or function.
Known limitations
- Product screenshots are images of the application interface; the text inside them is not selectable or readable by screen readers. Surrounding copy describes what each screenshot shows.
- The Microsive ATS application itself is a complex interactive product and parts of it (such as the drag-and-drop pipeline board) are still being improved for full keyboard and screen-reader support. Equivalent actions are available through standard controls.
Feedback
If you hit an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site or in the product, tell us at [email protected] with the page and the assistive technology you were using. Accessibility reports go to the product team directly and we prioritise fixes.
