Microsive ATS is a product of Microsive Private Limited, a product studio based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India (CIN U62020RJ2025PTC109468). Microsive builds websites, web apps, automations, and AI products for clients, and Microsive ATS grew out of a very direct need: running the studio's own recruitment work without renting a global tool that assumed a different market, a different currency, and a different way of talking to candidates.

The product is led by Rahul Jaiswal, founder, and Richa Myria, co-founder. The team still runs its own placement desk on Microsive ATS today, so every feature, GST invoicing, the WhatsApp inbox, AI interviews, exists because the team needed it first, not because a roadmap called for it.

Why we built an ATS instead of buying one

Every recruitment platform we evaluated was built for a market that wasn't ours: USD pricing, no GST awareness, and candidate communication assumed to run through email, when in practice every candidate conversation was already happening on WhatsApp. Microsive ATS exists because that gap was real, not hypothetical.
